By swimming in warm water your body temperature is being increased, this makes the blood vessels open up wider, and so your circulation is improved. Water exercise does not need to be strenuous it can be a gentle calm form of exercise.
Water sports can improve movement in joints, and also due to the water resistance strength may also be built. After you’ve finished your work out, jump into the spa. The spa helps your muscles to relax.
Remember that water exercise is not for everybody, you must make sure you ask your doctor if he or she recommends you try water exercise.
Water aerobic exercises are designed not only to improve movement, but also strength. Many people who have arthritis should use warm water as this helps relieve pain, and helps the muscles to relax. However this will vary from person to person, so make sure you consult your doctor.
When you first get in the water give yourself a few minutes to relax, don’t feel you have to start exercising straight away. After exercising it’s also important to give yourself enough time to relax.

Warm water therapy is particularly successful because it improves the circulation in the affected areas. Water therapy is also known as hydrotherapy, it’s used to flush toxins out of the affected joints.
